Matt Trépanier is a mentor with a background in kinesiology, coaching, and outdoor education.
With over a decade of experience working with youth, from coaching sports teams to teaching international students overseas, Matt brings a passion for helping young people discover their strength, resilience, and connection to the natural world. As a father himself, he believes deeply in the importance of strong mentorship and supportive community during the transition to adulthood. Few things inspire him more than witnessing youth reconnect with Mother Nature’s beauty, challenge, and mystery.
